Standard, Economy: Orders typically ship within 48 hours.
We are unable to deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing times depend on product availability and credit card verification. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Two Day & Next Day: Orders placed before 2 PM CT Monday – Friday will ship that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM CT Monday – Friday will ship the next business day (excluding holidays).
Returns / Exchanges
We want you to love your Fairhope Store™ gear. If you don’t, bring it back for a refund or exchange. Only store credit will be available for SALE merchandise or merchandise no longer stocked (with or without a receipt).
Within 30 days of purchase:
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 30 days of purchase:
We will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
